Anyone else have moisture in there PSA graded cards??

I've been collecting 99 bowman chrome gold refractors and made a submission last year. Upon recently looking at the cards, I've noticed that some of them are sticking to the top part of the card case. Kinda like the way a decal sticks to a window.

I'm sure it won't damage the chrome finish, but I'm just curious how it got there and what I should do about it.

Is anyone else had any experiences like this?

If you put a chrome card in a penny sleeve and top loader you get the same moisture on it. It won't damage the card but looks like crap in holders. That's basically what happens with chrome cards because of the mirror finish and being pressed against plastic. Your card is safe for now...nobody knows if can produce stains on the mirror finish if it was left like that for years...just like the peels on unpeeled Finest cards in holders.
