I dont know how to go about exposing this guy. He has almost perfect feedback as people seem to be happy with their resealed slabs with fake labels. I bought a card from him and his story was he was selling it for a friend. When i received the card the label did not look like any other labels ive ever seen. The holder was badly "clouded" around all edges. I told him he had to send a refund before i would send the card back which he did. He apologized and said his friend sent the card to him and he didnt have time to check all the cards. I didnt really believe him but what could i do. I decided to watch his auctions and now i have proof. He takes serial # of auctions that have recently ended and sometimes auctions that are still going. Makes the labels and reseals them and then auctions them off. I have a feeling he would stop if enough people emailed him and said they were on to him. What would you do in my situation?

List his seller ID in here, I don't think any of us want to get screwed by someone like this. He needs to be exposed....

Be careful about outing someone in this type of forum, especially since you sent back the card and haven't provided any proof.

If I were you and you think that you have rock solid evidence, I'd notify both PSA and ebay. I'd ask both what type of actions that they will take given the rock-solid proof that you supply them.

You should look to remain anonymous to whom you are accusing, as best you can.

To habs71, is that what you would do? I didnt know i had to testify today. I wanted opinions of what you would do in my situation. I think estang had better advice but i appreciate all opinions.

IF I was going to make an accusation such as you did..Yes!. Otherwise I would have left out the accusation and posed it as a question..."Do these slabs look resealed to you?"..or some such thing.

If you feel secure in making your accusation, then make it known to the proper people, including....
