Anyone else having trouble with the registry site??

I have been trying for hours to add to my set. I put in the cert number and the image and hit add coins. Then instead of being taken back to screen to validate I get this other screen with the collector's universe logo in the upper left hand of the screen and nothing else. Any having this problem??
