What does "SH" mean referring to dates of arabic coins? Where can I find a convertion chart?

Used to be page 8. It'll be in the front on a table listing the various numbering systems.

There's also a few paragraphs on dating and conversion.

That would the version of the Muslim calendar based on the Solar year rather than the Lunar year (AH). It's been used in Afghanistan and Iran starting around 1920. You only have to add 621 to the date to get the AD date.
