from the picture - I think it is an XF coin that sat in a folder for 30-50 years
if I saw this coin in person, I could quickly change my mind and add cleaning if it was cleaned

The left field seems a little bright for the grade, but that could be the light. The toning looks real to me even if it's retoning.
The strangest things seem suddenly routine.
