Has anyone used a gift certificate yet?

I am preparing a submission and I want to use my Christmas gift certificates to pay for a part of the bill but there is no spot on the invoice to reflect partial payment by gift certificate. If anyone has used one yet I would appreciate their advice. Thanks.

    I used two of them at PSA Saturday last week. In the Method of Payment Box, they crossed out the word Check# and wrote "Gift Cert" below it with the amount. They also checked the Visa box which is how the balance was paid. In the Order Worksheet, they wrote G.C. -$50 just above the total charges line and the Total Charges line reflects the balance.

    Everything went perfect as I was charged correctly. I would suggest writing the Gift Certificate number in the Method of Payment box somewhere in case it gets lost/misplaced.
