David,
I was reading in a old post it takes 5 coins attributed of a particular variety for it to be included in the pop. reports. I do notice new variety designations such as the 1960 proof cent tdo with a pop.4 . And I also see no listing for the fs-041 1995 d doubled die cent but have seen them in pcgs holders on e-bay and the cert. number verification showed it to be attributed to this variety. Is the '95 d just 1 example that slipped thru the cracks or do you need a certain number attributed to get it in the pop. report?
Thank you for your time each week. Joe

PCGS does not have populations for mint errors that have the special "mint error" inserts. These coins do not have unique coin numbers because many of them are snowflakes. For some, such as the 1995D FS041, we put them in the mint error "program" as an accomidation to submitters.
