Ok, here is how it will work.
You Post a photo of a card that was graded
by PSA (for now lets stay with PSA for consisitancy)
and be sure and crop the grade off the flip
or show just the card.

then You can post what You think that
the card was graded.

When posting be sure and mention in advance
if the grade included a qualifier that will need
to be factored in.

OK, here is the First one:

bkah, I think we are going to need to see the backs, that's the best way to analyze the corners and edges when looking at a scan otherwise we are looking at a 3 grade range IMO

Based on the back scan, maybe that bottom left corner looks worse on the scan. I will go with 8 OC.

I'm going to guess it's a 9(OC). I don't think that's corner damage at all, but rather a distortion in the scan from the PSA imprint on the slab.

7 (MC). Possibly an 8 (MK) depending on what that corner looks like in real life.

I was looking at the very nice scans
he was so kind to email to me and then
it occured to me that this game of
GUESS THE GRADE might be fun!

Aaron card : a PSA 7, unless that's a surface wrinkle by his left temple, in which case a PSA 5.

FYI - there is no surface wrinkle.
the scan is tricking you
with a slight scratch on the slab.

the white print dots on right are there
although there is no qualifier in the grade.

I'm going to say straight 8. Sometimes PSA flags them, sometimes not. Could be 7 if PD was "assigned" (8-1).

it IS a PSA 7
and there is no wrinkle....
and the print dots May have brought
it down from an 8, but I doubt it.

the top one is a 7 (close to an 8)
and the bottome one is a 6
becuase of the top left corner

The top one is an 8, maybe with an OC qualifier.

The bottom one is a 7, though I see the corner ding you are talking about.

Nick is the closest to being right. ....Actual Turley grades: Top one a NINE......... Bottom one a FIVE. They're both nice cards. Hard to believe a four grade difference. I might send the 5 back in.

If the bottom Turley is a 5, check it very carefully for a wrinkle.

I'm surprised about the bottom Turley. I would have guessed a straight 7 because it does fall within 75/25-70/30 I believe.
