How can you keep your PM on so that people can leave you messages in your absense--I need a little help--still figuring out the boards (slowly). OK, I'm a bit daft. I admit it. But even borderline IQ paranoid schizophrenics are entitled to a little something (I'm not sure what that something is yet--but I'm going to fight for it). imageimage

    Once you turn it on it should stay on. When you sign in there should be a little orange lock in the upper right corner of your post or reply to indicate that your PM is on and I see that it is.

    Are you signed in while it's off? You may not be able to see it unless you sign in.

    If you have messages the "Lock" in the upper Left of the page will be blinking and it will say you have new messages. If you have no "new" messages it will state that you have no new messages and will appear to be off.

    Once you have enabled PM's the notification will always be ON until you disable it.
