The above link is for a Scandinavian auction so i apologise that it is mostly in Norwegian text.

My question is about the availabilty of these and prices. The asking here is approx. the equiv. of $100.

Thanks boz....... I could not find it in my Krause. I search e-bay and only found the complete mint/proof set. Not the individual coin.
I really like it for my ship collection but, it is a little much for me to spend right now.....

IMHO gold ain'ta gonna be gettin no cheaper soon son, better grab while the grabbin is there,,,,,,, sometimes you have to strech a little for the really worthwhile ones

I can't argue with that boz, but, as stupid as I am I only collect for my enjoyment, not future value. That may be very nieve but it is true of me........

I am still confused and I would like to know if this might be a "deal" for say......$75-80. I might be able to get it for that. All I need to do is find the money and get the sellers agreement........

Wayne , you can find also Liberian dollar with Kon Tiki--also very nice coin Kon Tiki dollar and I bought it from local dealer only by 6-7$ or something like that

Thanks to all for the information. I just thought it would be a nice addition to by ship collection.

I will let the auction "run-out" and if he does not sell it I will contact him then. You might now have been able to tell fom the listing it was a "BIN" only type of auction.

Thanks Don, I like it for my theme collection. I have never paid that much for a single coin and right now have a "push" to do so but..... we will see.
I have bought from this dealer before and he can be trusted.
