1670 Breslau 3 kreuzer, KM 79, minted under the rule of Leopold I (1657 - 1705). The dealer describes it as VF-XF.

NEN recently sold one in an NGC MS64 holder, I have a nice AU/UNC example and and was able to get a nice VF for under $20 (I think I gave it away in the Chrismans swap).
