Big Train Stain
I collect mid/low grade T201s (generally, 4s and 5s). Needless to say, they don't come up on ebay very often although they are available. There is a large # of graded T201s on ebay now (with great scans of fronts/backs) and I'll likely be involved in the bidding. However, nearly all of the cards, including some of the 5s, have somewhat significant staining on the back. I looked at the 4s and 5s I own and none have staining of this magnitude (any staining, if at all, is very light). Should these cards have received an ST qualifier or were the stains part of the grading process (i.e., instead of a 5, the card received a 6). Any thoughts would be appreciated.
