2003 Lincoln Proofs

Hi David,

I'm hoping you can shed some light on this one. I've looked at dozens of the "dissapearing 3" Lincoln proofs, both raw and in PCGS holders. To me, the 3 lacks all cameo effect. Being one of the key areas that the graders are supposed to look at, how do these proofs rate a DCAM designation?

Thanks.

For Cameo proofs on Licoln cents, the graders concentrate on the center devices...the bust of Lincoln on the obverse and the Memorial on the reverse. The letters and numbers are not considered and do not need to be frosty for a coin to be called Cameo.
