Any Big Name Auctions Coming Up?

Anyone know if any of the big sportscard auction houses are having an auction any time soon? There are a few big name cards I'm looking to pick up that rarely come up on eBay.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

I'm presently in the market first and foremost for a PSA 9 Gretzky OPC rookie, as well as a mint 1976 Trottier OPC rookie (there are currently no 9's). There is a PSA 9 Gretzky OPC rookie currently being sold by AJ Cards...for a mere $10,995!!! Needless to say, I am looking elsewhere for the card. That's about it as far as hockey goes.

A PSA 9 or 10 Jerome Bettis 1993 SP rookie.

don't bite on the Gretz for $10 grand. they come up, albeit infrequently, and usually sell in the $7000 range. i know krukcards sold on within the past year. as for the Trottier, the sky is the limit if one ever shows up in PSA 9 form. ive seen many high grade hockey rookie collectors that will pay any amount for a card they need (Ray Millette, raym8 on ebay and these boards, comes to mind). i assume one will be graded in the near future, because ive seen many high grade cards come up from vending runs in the past several months. i assume they must be from vending, because the typical OPC rough edges arent there. they look like the second series of 1969 OPC, with the clean edges and sometimes light blue stripes that run along the right edge.

in a related note, a Topps Trottier PSA 9 rook sold for only $100 a few months back. i believe it was a 1/1
