Can anyone else access the Paypal webisite?

I know murcerfan posted about this a few days ago, but the problem-at least for me--appears to be persisting. Can anyone else open up their home page, or is it just me?

I can access my paypal account. Give me your password and account name I will open it up and may a test deposite into my account.

try doing a quick download of another browser like mozilla.
I still have not gotten my fire-wall and explorer to accept their encryption

I sometimes have problems from home when I'm on AOL but not when I'm using my work computer away from the house. It's weird.
