Has anyone dealt with Westwood Rare Coin?

I sent them a box (14) of MS61-62-63-64, all PCGS/NGC $20 libs & StG's, for their purchase. They called with an offer about $300 less than they had advertised--said several were "spotted". So, I asked them to return them to me. IMHO, they tried to sqweeze me down from their advertised buy prices. Feedback?

UPDATE: So, this morning they call me, saying that 7 of the 14 coins I shipped them have already been "placed in inventory", so they can't return them. I suppose they already have been sold. Their large Coin World buying add in every issue clearly states--"we buy everything, not just key dates". As far as I'm concerned, this is another dealer ripoff, and I told them so. Anyway, I suppose I wont have any problems selling PCGS MS61 $20 @ $500 and MS63 @ $600 on EBAY. We'll see. In my book, the "king of Cash" is no longer king.
