A blurb about F.U.N. and my Great Britain findings {edit added pictures}

Mongoose has done a good job of summarizing the show, hopefully I won’t be to repetitive. The first day was spent with just
two dealers and also where I purchased the most coins. They are dealers I know and they are very good to work with. I also
purchased a couple of good GB reference books as well as a new Kruase 31st edition. I also sold four liteside coins to get some
spending money... The BIG prize was a 1847 Victoria young head crown in very nice AU condition.

On day two I went back to the second dealer from the day before as I had not finished with them. I picked up my highlight of the trip
that day, a 1872 Florin with some beautiful blue green toning on the Obv, and the same on the rev with a touch of violet.
Some of the other GB highlights and favorites are a1855 Penny in UNC condition with pratically PL surfaces. A nice 1935 Jubilee
medal with some great toning and color in BU condition. And last but not least is a very rd BU 1901 half penny.

I've listed the GB haul below.

On the last day I did very little in purchases 5 coins in all, plus two more GB books ( Numismatic History of the Birmingham Mint, Sweeny,
and British Coin Designs and Designers, Linecar) I did also pick up a knock out proof German 1 Mark from 1905 with great colors. I am
ashamed to admit I submitted 10 liteside coins for grading, but to counter that I submitted 14 GB coins as well...

I really enjoyed the commradre and friendship as much or more than the show, but next time we will need to pick something closer
for Ajaan as mushrooms tend to dehydrate on long plane trips.

A good time was had by all, and it was great to meet new and familiar faces.
