Need help on authenticating '33 Goudey RUTH

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2779602031&category=31722

I can't figure out the link workings! I need help on seeing if this is a legit 1933 Goudey Ruth card. Something about the sellers other auctions makes me wonder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Are there any sure signs of spotting fakes and telling originals? Someone said that the originals have a shadow on the back(of the picture on front). Is that accurate?

I believe it is probably authentic.
the bleed-through you can see on the back is typical of the real mccoy.
It also looks possible that it is trimmed on at least one side, hard to be definitive from a scan.
The seller's other mid grade vintage offerings are consistent with a collection that may have included this card.
