submission forms problem

Can anyone get submission forms? I was trying to get a couple today and they are all coming up with the same submission number. Has this happened to anyone else. thanks

    I was having the same problem on Friday. Every time the submission number came up #550001. I called customer service, and they said they were updating the website, and this may have caused it. It happened to several people the guy said. What he did for me was take some hard copy submission forms, and give me those numbers as he ripped them up on his end. He said they hoped the problem would be resolved by Monday.

    yup, thats the # I got too. thanks for the update, I will call them monday to get some good #'s

    oops, i actually submitted some on the 550001 number. i guess they will give me another (correct one) sometime soon.
