Anybody went through their ebay's blocked bidder/buyer list?

I just went through my blocked bidder/buyer list and found that all the ID's that I placed are gone except one, the most recent NPB that I filed more than a month ago.




Does it block buyers even if they change IDs?

My blocked bidder list is gone as well -- this happened a couple of months ago for a short while and ebay corrected it after several days and replaced. I did make a backup copy of by BBL at that time however, in case it was ever lost permanently.

I wondered about the same thing with the id change. I checked that out recently, it updates as well. My entire blocked bidder list is intact. It could either be a foul up by ebay, or someone may have gotten your password.
