One of my favorite bidders appears to have been wronged

I've been wondering what happened to him and decided to check.

This guy is a standup bidder.
A man of few words and fast payment.
Can't ask for much more or say anything else.

I know that something else he bought is more likely to be the reason he's not around although I noticed his return feedback to see there is another problem.

You are not familiar with earlsax,I guess.Lets just say that he's a guy you wouldn't mind bidding on your auctions.Check his history and you'll see what I mean in regards to that.

However,lately...He's been absent from buying and I was wondering why he's not out there bidding until I saw his
    Most recent return feedback.

True. Only when you're married should it cost that much!

earlsax seems like a good guy. He was too patient with this dealer. Something like a $1000 item should have arrived quickly and if not, seller should have filed for the insurance money and refunded it to the buyer.

Something is very very wrong indeed. The seller has a 98% rating. That may be perfect for grades in school, but it is failure in the ebay world.

    Damn that Sucks!!!!!!
One thing though when someone has a feeback of 98% or better and you guys says its a failure for ebay?? What about if you sell something dont get paid leave a neg and get one back. if that happens 10 times out of a 500 feedback i believe your at 98% or way under. I dont think that is fair about ebay. any way thats my opionion !
I know opionion's are like a$$hole's everybody has one!!! so dont rip me apart over this post.

    Kuhlmann,

I understand your point. I always do look for the kind of negative feedback a seller has, not just a percentage. This is why I trust Krukcards, who is an excellent seller on ebay. I looked through their negs and all I saw was a bunch of retaliatory negs or impatient people. Krukcards will always work with the customer. Card arrives damaged, they will help with the insurance claim and make things pleasant, although they are one of the best packers in the business.

    RobE,

I know its not your obligation, but what is the update on your best customer? I mean, the fact he got nothing is an excellent case to bring to the credit card company, paypal, ebay, etc. There has to be some way of justice.
