it's in a NGC PR65 RB CAM holder. The lines on the coin are planchet related, kinda wood-graining appearance.

That's what the holder says. The obv, has some cameo, rev not much. I don't figure it would get into a PCGS CAM (even it it was RD). It's a pretty coin. Good mirrors. I just think of it as a nice 65 RB.
