Is PCGS the only grading co. that has a grading guarantee ?

Do any other grading services have a buy back program for coins that have turned in the holders or are misgraded ?

    NGC, ICG, ANACS? (they guarantee genuine for sure)

    Yes but the guarantee's can be hard to get paid on.
    It's their opinion only. So if you say no way is this coin is xx grade and they say yes it is you get nothing but are out whatever money they charge you to look at it.

    Then there is the clerical error or mechanical error that the guarantee's do not cover.
