TFA Grading

If you had your cards graded by TFA, is it considered a joke?

They seem to have the same grading standards as the big grading services.

Do they still exist? I bought 2 1987 Donruss Cone rookies graded by TFA. They were real cheap, but the cards really look like the GEM grade on the slab. Their standards appear like that of BGS or PSA.

  • yes,
I have successfully crossed over several
vintage 50's cards from them to PSA
    with exact same grade.
