Hi ocstockpicker. Welcome to the boards.

Palladium is generally sold as bullion, however, a handful of countries have minted coins from the metal.

Click here for three auctions that are currently on eBay.

If you want sellers of bullion, do a google search on the word "palladium".

    We ARE watching you.

  • Welcome to the Darkside. I can not add to the above contacts but maybe you might find this of interest.

    Palladium
    Element (Pd), Atomic No. 46, density 12.02 kg/litre, M.Pt 1552°C
First isolated in 1803 by Wollaston.

A scarce ductile metal of the platinum series which does not have quite the same economic importance of platinum at present. Some bullion coins have been made of this metal, the first being the 1967 ½ Hau from Tonga which was actually an alloy containing 2% ruthenium.

I do not have any but I know that there have been bullion issues from China (panda), Australia (emu) and Russia (ballerina). I don't think any of them issue them currently. Other countries have issued commemorative palladium coins as well (some that I am aware of are France, Bermuda and Tonga).

  • Platinum, Palladium & Rhodium are mainly used in industry because of their low suceptability to oxidization. It is this fairly limited use and highish prices that keeps it's circulation limited. However, their is one coin that may be of interest to you, the 1989 Russian 25 Rouble (matt proof) 1oz .999 Palladium can be found at a reasonable price and I think will prove to be a good Palladium investment...Good Luck
