1964 cent

Im questionable on grade ( and my lap top isnt back yet) so heres one of those descriptions and then you try your best if you like..

1964 1 cent lincoln
just about full steps . (FS LINCOLN?)
looks to be about AU50-58 Nice color cept on highes points then looks brown or black. but only at the very high parts on lincoln boy. idoubt it was my ms-70 that i dream of but i think its has a little more black on the tops of lincoln then what was in teh 1959 you all graded ms60-64

    If the black is carbon, regardless of what the coin grades it's worth one cent. Carbon is instant copper-ruin. If you're asking whether this is slabbable - only if you really want to waste your money.

    Just wondering since errors of rotation exist is 1 o'clock enough to be a keeper or does it have to be more than that
