Complete to me means all mints as well as dates.

It would be a complete year set except for the 1893,1894,1895.
So I guess it's not a complete anykind of set of anything huh?

Give the dude a break ... the certificate of authenticity states the coins will be "cherished family heirlooms for generations to come.'' He's selling, so he must be down on his luck ...

He's a dealer. Sells every week. I've bought from him in the past, but not recently. I never had a problem with any of his auctions. Seems to be pretty straight-forward, other than poor pics of the coins. He's not claiming to have any high dollar pieces in there.
