To dip or not to dip

Actually today I bought 2 1963 proof sets. The first one was a slam dunk, this one is a bit tougher. It has a crescant of red toning across the top of the obverse and the reverse is all toned. Looks like there is CAMEO under the toning. So, should I DIP THE SUCKER!!!!

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

I find that bench grinders work best on the obverse of Franklins!!!!!

DIP THAT SUCKER...it's no bust dollar, after all
