But I can't find the FS# for this doubled 1963-D Washington.

Yes, two DDOs in the same mint set!!! But I can't find a FS number for this one...

    It does appear to be machine or ejection doubling.

    My reference only list Breen-4408 for your double die from the Denver Mint. There is not a FS# for the coin as apparently
    Fivaz and Stanton never found one before Breen.

    If you can find a Doubled die obverse & reverse 1963-D, would it be a MadMarty-01image
