09 s vdb...is it a fake?

Okay, after whipping out my PCGS book, I conclude it's a fake. The location and design of the mintmark is identical to the fake used as an example in the book.

Looking under a 10x loop, which the pic doesn't really show...there is shading around the mint mark..a lighter color...you can see it alittle in the photo to the right of the "s", more prevelant in person

The MM doesn't look right IMHO.The pic I'm seeing is very small.The serif on top is to seperated.
