60 days is not going to fly for long.
You can not wait for the grading contest finals to find a new grader(s).

We thought we had things working well, then we received a sudden jump in submissions. I'm a little at a loss at what to do. We certainly don't want to have "apprentices" grade your coins. We'll work on it, but I must say that as long as the market keeps getting hotter and hotter, there's going to be a backlog problem.
