Just a quick note to the board here to say that if you haven't dealt with Mickey and Meg at www.mickeyssportscards.com yet, you're missing out. They are simply the best I've dealt with.

I just feel compelled to let everyone know this. If anyone knows of other dealers of their caliber, please let me know. I'm about 30 cards away from a NRMT 66 set (about 50 of the cards are unregistered PSA graded at this point). I've cleaned them out! Must... finish... set... soon...

Minibeers - I guess it was a good thing that I snagged some of his 66' material that I wanted before you got there. Are you plannig on registering your set?
Best of Luck.

I'm going to register it once I have all the star cards and the entire high series graded. That will take a couple years, I'm sure. I'm going for PSA 7 or higher because a "7" is A-OK with me. I started buying PSA cards just so, if I have to sell the set one day, I thought it would be easier to claim a true NRMT set if the core cards were graded. Now I'm hooked! In fact, those "8's" are looking mighty fine these days (and the going rate on them isn't too high right now. Too bad I don't have unlimited funds!).
Do you have any duplicates, raw or otherwise? If so, I'll PM you my list.

Good Luck.

I just got an email from the guy who owns the #10 - 1955 Topps Set on the registry "McCormack63". It turns out that its a guy who I went to high school and ran track with for 4 years. He's 99% complete in PSA 6 and 7.
Once we get the first couple of "so what have you been doing for 22 years" emails out of the way, I'll see if he has any dups from the 55 set - If he does - I'll see if he's looking to deal. If he is - I'll shoot you a note.
Sets - 1970, 1971 and 1972
Always looking for 1972 O-PEE-CHEE Baseball in PSA 9 or 10!
