Registry Special Questions

Hey guys,
I have done several submissions of standard sized cards but never odd sizes.

Here are the questions:
Can MSA disks be included with the current special and
can they be included on the same invoice as reg issues?

I would assume that 1974 Deckle Edge falls under the "tall-boy" classification and cannot be included.

I included my 76 Isaly Discs under the 100 modern bulk submission, all on the same invoice. Don't know about the current special although I don't see why not.

What's the story with 1971-72 Topps Hockey? Are they part of the special or not? Anyone? Bueller?
