I think airplanenut is correct.
Also, I laughed when I read what the seller wrote: "SEALED IN ORIGINAL MINT CELLOPHANE AND FRESH NEW ENVELOPE"
That tells me that it is sealed in a NEW envelope and not original from the mint. Nice play on words......
