Seller's positive feedback is 97.2 %,
which of course, isn't very good, but it sounds good to the inexperienced.

Buyers could better evaluate the %'s,
if eBay would assign a letter grade to them :

99.5 - 100 = A
98.5 - 99.4 = B
97.5 - 98.4 = C
96.5 - 97.4 = D
96.4 - less = F

Naw ... anything that might depress sales will never happen on eBay.
