I think it's NT, and nice looking. I have a 64 proof quarter that could be the nickel's brother, with a blob of central toning just like it.

And, I've got a sweetly toned proof bicentennial washington that would put that nickel to SHAME!
So THERE!!!
BTW, you SHOULD clean the slag off the rim after it cools and before you post pictures. LOL
