Found a 1902 1 franc, extra fine, can't seem to find the site for prices. anyone know? How is the market at shows for world coins?

    I'd say the coin is bullion value right now. You need to pick up a copy of Krause's World Coins book to get a comprehensive guide to pricing. I recommend it highly if you're going to pursue non-US coinage.

    French grading is pretty tough. An XF is expected to be pretty lustrous.

    Sometimes these are traded acording to our grading but the prices are
    geared more to domestic grading.
