a little help please

Has anyone had any dealings with Ron Howard in Killeen, Texas. I stumbled on his lincoln variety site yesterday . He had some coins to trade so I made an offer . He said that sounds fine send your coins first, Which is understandable I contacted him. Am I just being paranoid because he accepted a deal I thought was better for me? Joe

Isn't Ron Howard the Director of Grading at PCGS? Is this a different guy?

I've been doing Lincoln cent die varieties for a number of years and one of the two of us (myself and/or Ron Howard) have been in a hole all this time because I've never heard of him. Care to share a link?
