Got mine today. Carefully rolled into a tight little tubed, folded, and then stuffed into my mailboximage

Got mine earlier in the week,
along with my early edition of the SMR.

It seems being Joe O's relative does have its perks.
Still ... I've never gotten a 10 back in a submisson, so I'm guessing the kin thing only goes so far ...

I received mine yesterday, and it was packed in a cardboard folder - worked perfectly. I think the frame I buy is going to be worth more than my collection - Greg Luzinski image Well, he was one of my favorites as a kid.

collecting various PSA and SGC cards
  • Got mine yesterday also.

What is interesting is what is stated in the cover letter.

In part "...The PSA Set Registry now has over 8,000 sets registered with 1,700 collectors participating in the program."

It will be interesting to see how many sets are registered next year when the awards go out and if there any changes in the amount of collectors participating."

  • The certificates are a very nice gesture by PSA. I wished they would have used our real names on the certificate rather than our screen/member name.
Looking for Los Angeles/California/Anaheim Angels in PSA 8 or better
  • Need any 81 Fleer in PSA 8?

If so you can have them for $3.00 per card if I got any.

    Let me know.

    Mine never came.

Oh yeah, that's right. You have to have a set good enough to win first. Never mind . . .

David- you've had sets much better than most of the winners, you just keep selling them off. Didn't your broker ever told you to buy and holdimage

Mine has my name on it. Several months ago, BJ told us to send an email if we'd like a different name on the certificates. I emailed her and sure enough, my name is on all 4 certificates. I guess you just have to pay attention sometimes. image

  • Thanks for the replies - maybe they're just making Philly fans wait forever, just like waiting for that elusive Super Bowl win image ...

  • At least you are not a Cub fan waiting for a W.S. win.

    Hi Everyone,

All certificates and plaques have been mailed, the last going out the first week in January. If you did not receive yours, please contact setregistry@collectors.com. A few have contacted us already and it turns out that they have an old address in our database. We urge you to keep your account up-to-date by clicking on the HELP link at the bottom of any PSA web page and then click on UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFO.

And, yes, I did ask that anyone who wanted their real name on the certificate to email me. If you win next year and want a different name on your certificate, please feel free to contact me.

    Thanks.
