i hope you get the cards and i saw some of his auctions (and bid but got outbid) and he seems like he's a decent seller. however, negatives always give me pause, especially if there are several that say the same thing (i.e., slow shipping). also, some of his negatives came during thanksgiving/christmas and the post office may have had some delays. i know some of my buyers are saying it took longer than normal (which is beyond my control since the items WERE shipped timely). if i were you, i'd pay for insurance/delivery confirm and perhaps priority mail if you want to up your odds of getting the cards.
yeah the negatives always throw me off.. he has kinda alot of negatives overall.. i emailed him about combined shipping and he replied quick and seemed cool..
Like you said, they were cheap auctions. If he burns you, at least you didn't lose a lot. If he comes through, you got what you wanted and you got it cheap. You come out on top.
He seems legit. Nowadays, many negs are either retaliatory or from impatient people expecting 2 day shipping for a buck. Hopefully the new features will allow you to check out the negs rather than assuming that those people all got screwed.
