    186,000 miles per second, nice photo.If you look closely at all the photos that are posted, all are lite differently. Experiment until you find what you like. We have discussed Reveal vs sun light , lamps and stands.

    I highly reccomend this SITE. It has camera reviews and in depth features on many cameras including your A70. Plus it has lessons on various techniques including lighting.

    First pic of the farthing looks good. (That IS your farthing, right?)

    The crown needs a bit of work with the lighting, as I'm sure you noticed.
