Any thoughts on this chain cent

This can't be real, but at least he admits the obverse is retooled. This guy seems to be a neg factory.

    I saw this coin last night. It's a great looking coin at first, but too good. At least the seller admitted that the hair was tooled. That makes it about worthless to me....and who knows what else is wrong with it, if real at all. Stay away. The seller has an amazing collection of negative feedbacks.
