How do you get the Topps Black border LeBron James?

I have heard the Black Border Lebron comes from factory sets, to which at first I understood there was one in every factory set. Apparently that is not true. So are there specially marked Topps factory sets with this card in it, or is it seeded to one in every 20 or so sets at random? Or is it from packs? Please let me know, I have two customers asking me to get them one, Jason

it is inserted into regular Topps packs and has to be pulled

it is serial #'d/500

it is a parallel of the regular rc in the set

It is clearly stated on page 6 of the current bk beckett that these cards can only be found
in factory sets which hit Dec 10th...I have opened up 2 retail sets and no special cards...someone
will have some explaining to do!
