Will 2004 Nickels be part of the 1965-date set??

Since 2004 nickels WILL have the same obverse, will they be part of the current nickel set (1965-present?) Give me your thoughts.... I think they should be, just like the 1776-1976 quarters, halfs, dollars are part of their respective sets.

This will be a two year type (just like the Bicentennial were for 75 and 76). I hope they include them in the regular 1965-date set. The state quarters are a different beast with 50 different types, they deserved their own set.
