Is this dipped?

I've been told that a dull finish on a nice coin usually equals dipping or over-dipping. This British trade dollar looks nice but it has that flat finish-is it dipped?image

If these are KM T5, what were the four trade coins before it?? I've always wondered about that, but have no clue.

Laurent, I'm not very experienced with these but that coin looks OK to me.

I much prefer Ajaan's trade dollar on E-bay; it may not be a better date but it's a much nicer looking coin.
