Grading status

Mr. Hall,

Any chance of giving the status of an order when checking submissions online, i.e. "grading", "verification", etc.? It seems like it would be fairly simple. It would save quite a bit of time in the customer service world as well, as well as reducing the toll-free phone bill.

Our worry would be that if we took the time and effort to set up this prograam, all we would do is get people riled up and increase calls to customer service. I understand that waiting may be made easy by knowing where a coin is in the process, but I really think the relevant thing is when do we get the coin done. And I think we need to focus all of our resources on getting things done.
