My first body bag

Well it finally happened to me my first body bag. The deceased is a 1942-d Lincoln. PCGS said it was damaged or tooled but I can find neither. It does say "obverse wipe" on the back of the insert. Does anyone knows what this means?

Sounds like the grader gave you the exact cause, that someone wiped the coin with a cloth.
