This auction is listed in the wrong area on eBay.
The coin is listed under the Jefferson Nickels. Has a picture of a Franklin half. And on top of all that is listed as a dime in the title.

Let the seller know he made a mistake. Tell him you charge for this notification service to Ebay sellers when they screw up, and that the cost to him is a MS66 1949-S Roosevelt PCGS slabbed dime.
Oh, and ask if he will pay for the postage.

and for an entombed (slabbed) item, it looks like krap. all the plastic slab scratches make it look....buffed! the seller must be in a hurry to make $$$$, as they aren't paying fine attention to the details. get em up for auction, whatever it is, sell, profit. coins, beenies....anything.

Ellesmere is a large and respected seller outside of EBAY. Im sure they will be happy you let them know of their mistake.

If you go to their website you will notice that they have also made the same mistake. The picture of the Franklin is in the place of the picture of the 1949-s Rosevelt also.
