Is this half CAM, DCAM, or no CAM?

I'll say it... the pictures are terrible... it's a pain to shoot a proof set... anyway, there is no color on the reverse- it's simply colored because I had something above it to make the mirrors black, thus showing the contrast... I probably should have done that on the obverse shot...

Two questions, then...
1- What would it need to be DCAM that may not be in the picture?
2- What grade is a Cam or DC worth slabbing...?

Little or no interruption in the mirrors. They should be glassy and show reflectivity in every area at every angle. Too much mint frost, and it'll come up short.

If you're talking about selling, minimums would be a 69CAM or 68DCAM.
