Regrade Question

I am a new collector and I recently purchased off of TeleTrade a PCGS MS66 1884 CC Silver Dollar.
When I received the coin and examined it, it does not appear to be a true MS66. To me it is nice but not an MS66.
I posted a photo of the coin on the “US Coins” Forum and the overall opinion was that this coin should only grade MS65.
I paid $675 total for this coin and I just feel it is only an MS65. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to take a look at the coin for me to see if you think that it needs to be sent in for a regrade, and if so what is the procedure?

Call customer service and ask about our grading guarantee. You can submitt a coin to us under our guarantee resubmission program and if we agree that we've made a mistake we'll reimburse you for the difference between old grade and new grade.
